THE ROLE & THE TEAM
Central Analytics is a central team providing all businesses within ZMS with reporting, data concepts, deep dive analyses and consulting on all types of analytical questions. This makes us have a great impact across a broad range of stakeholders within ZMS and even beyond.

The team is already well equipped with analytical expertise focused on various data topics and as we are constantly growing, we are currently looking for a Junior Analyst Campaign Analytics. In this role you will contribute to the Campaign Analytics team mission with the goal to increase efficiency and effectiveness for our partners' advertising campaigns and report on their ROI. This will enable our internal campaign optimization team and our external partners to take data-driven and meaningful decisions around our advertising campaigns. You will work on various analytical topics like reporting, analyses & data tooling around campaign optimization, reporting, insights and recommendations.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED
  • You will contribute to the team´s campaign data infrastructure (dashboards, aggregated data sets, reports, data models and concepts) and actively shape existing reports and tools with the goal of measuring and optimising the performance of campaigns, deriving insights and recommendations.
  • With your team, you own and further develop the campaign reporting landscape with the goal to standardise outcomes and ease the access to actionable insights for partners and stakeholders.
  • You enjoy diving into business problems and finding analytical solutions to them by using your solid business understanding paired with a strong analytical thinking.
  • You will align stakeholder needs, transform them into backlog items and create transparency around the progress of your work.
  • You will invest in creating a self-service reporting infrastructure that will enable our ZMS partner teams to work autonomously with our data while providing ready to consume results to external advertising partners.
  • You will train our ZMS partner teams to work with the reports and data.
  • Your data storytelling skills support our business teams and partners to take data-based business decisions and actions.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
  • You ́re proud of a degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or other quantitative studies and have already relevant working experience in Analytics, ideally in Marketing Analytics.
  • You can easily translate business questions into quantitative terms and present the results in an easily understandable manner.
  • Your ability to dive into details and your hands-on mentality enables you to get things done and create a big impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have first experience in creating reporting solutions and templates with visualisations that are easy to understand
  • You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and finding creative solutions to fulfil their and our external clients reporting needs
  • You ́re used to working with SQL and are able to gather, clean up and transform data from various data sources and enable convenient insides creation
  • Additional Prefered skills:
    • You have 1 year+ of working experience as a data analyst.
    • First experience with agile working methods
    • First experience with Jira, MSTR, Google Analytics
    • First experience with a scripting language like Python or R
