Reporting to the Showroom & Facilities Manager, the individual will be representing the front desk of the French headquarters, working effectively within a team to ensure the global high standards of the brand are met in this customer service driven role.


  • Welcoming and signing in vast numbers of guests and clients
  • Receiving calls from internal staff and external contacts
  • Receiving & sending mail and liaising with the recipients, ensure sending and collection at the Post office when needed
  • Receiving packages and liaising with the recipients, and organizing the shipment of packages via UPS service and couriers
  • Providing a service tailored to individual guests with varying requirements and reasons for visiting Burberry. This includes dealing appropriately with high profile guests.
  • Always keep the right behaviour (couriers, pdg, London team, director, client. Collaborator...)
  • Offering a concierge style service including booking restaurants, taxi's and storing luggage for guests.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the company and assisting internal and external Burberry staff to the best of our ability. (meme plus)
  • Locating guests' host of guests
  • Discretion and a positive working attitude whilst working under pressure
  • representing the brand image through immaculate presentation at all times and always respect our grooming guideline
  • Assisting managing the overall appearance and standards of the main reception area under health and safety guideline
  • Assisting with ensuring the smooth running of large corporate events
  • Ensuring the constant and thorough upkeep of the reception inbox and calendars
  • Ad hoc administration tasks in quiet periods
  • Being the point of contact for all the maintenance third party intervention


• Proven experience in client liaison/customer services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel
