JOB PURPOSE

Supporting the Team Leader on all Quality Activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Personalisation department
  • Working on repair and recovery solutions for returned goods and failed goods during inspection
  • Creating repair Standard Operating Procedure's and videos to share with global teams
  • Running daily inbound report
  • Updating weekly inspection report
  • Raising Non Conformance reports for inbound inspections & global alerts
  • QC inspections including 'Asia 100%', monogram final checks and inbound


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • GCSE Level C or above Maths & English
  • Previous Repair experience within Apparel, Leather good or Footwear preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Computer Literate (Excel, Word)
  • Good communicator
  • Attention to detail
