About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for the property management and operations of our headquarter properties in order to create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes employee productivity. You will
overseeing and implement facilities operations, directing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, managing risk, managing contractors, and conducting site inspections.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the admin teams to provide wide spectrum of office administrative services including but not limited to reception, mailing room operations, office supplies, event management and other facilities management support.
  • Manage out-sourced service providers to ensure the service level agreement are administered accordingly
  • Manage procurement budget. Procure and review service contracts regularly to optimize cost effectiveness and performance level
  • Manage and lead admin/facilities projects including office renovationsemovals, lease negotiation, company security initiatives, etc.
  • A custodian to manage inventory of office fixed assets and equipment.
  • Responsible for travel & event management
  • Review and implement policies and procedures including procurement policy, office lease policy, corporate security policy
  • Lead and execute the local BCP plan
  • Responsible for talent building, succession planning and to constantly review the organization effectiveness
  • Coordinating with cross-functional team members & stakeholders to make sure that all parties are on track with various project
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously


Who You Are

  • Experience in managing office admin function for large premises/workspace.
  • Hands-on facilities project management experience with high attention to details required
  • Regional experience and some front office/customer facing experience highly preferred
  • Working within a matrix environment, partnering collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels with diversified cultures.
  • Leadership experience and problem solving skillset
  • The ability to manage various stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Ability to take ownership of and manage projects end-to-end and provide recommendations and solutions
  • Strategic thinking capability

Other Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in multinational companies
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint
  • Some travelling will be required.
