PRODUCTION MANAGER, DANIELLE FRANKEL

The Production Manager is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end production process for collection garments and accessories. This position reports to the VP of Development & Production and collaborates with cross-functional teams including the in-house atelier, Design and Sales.  The Production Manager will execute production orders, work with existing manufacturing partners, perform product quality control and ensure timely delivery of all orders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Work with Design & Director to build BOM for each style during and following the development of new products & continue to update BOM as changes are made
• Participate in production fittings, document all changes made to products and execute follow up to ensure Design vision is followed
• Communicate assortment to manufacturing partners prior to issue of purchase order to confirm quantity, delivery and cost
• Maintain clear communication with all manufacturing partners through the production process to ensure quality products and timely deliveries & provide manufacturing partners with the support needed
• Perform product quality control on completed orders prior to receiving
• Receive products into inventory and ensure that inventory levels are correctly reflected in system
• Elevate and production issues to Director, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action. Inform supervisor of any discrepancies and resolve delays in the schedule promptly
• This position is based in New York City
• 3-6 years of experience in production/ manufacturing in luxury goods
