Client Specialist, Danielle Frankel

The ideal candidate will work directly in person and remotely with clients at Danielle Frankel on the Sales and Styling team through interaction within the NYC atelier.

Responsibilities:

Host studio bridal consultations from start to finish providing superior customer service from booking through follow up and closing Act as the liaison between brides and production by communicating with current and  prospective brides regarding order details, timelines, fitting appointments, and shipments  Provide high-level of customer service, displaying flexibility and intuitiveness in navigating each individual client experience Build brand loyalty and establish trust with clients in-person and remotely, sharing product knowledge and addressing general inquiries with thoroughness, diligence and sincere professionalism Qualifications:

5-8 years of relevant experience  Self-motivated, responsible individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor  Articulate and personable  Passionate about the Danielle Frankel brand - experience in luxury fashion or bridal industry a plus
