Position Overview
The Associate, Performance Media will support the North America Performance Media team across key performance media channels, playing an important role within the larger North America Media & Digital Marketing team. This role will work closely with the Performance Media Director and Manager, require close collaboration with the North America Brand Media team, as well as additional relevant cross-functional teams and media agency partners. Teamwork, effective communication, analytical competence, and attention to detail are critical aspects of this position's responsibilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist in the management of performance media channels, inclusive of paid social, display, affiliates and influencers. · Maintain ongoing daily / weekly / monthly reporting and formulate insights based on performance data and channel trends · Ongoing monitoring of performance to plan across business and customer KPI's · Develop a deep understanding of various reporting and ad serving tools, such as, Omniture, DCM, Social ad serving, etc. · Assist in creative briefing and manage asset approvals and delivery across internal and external teams · Manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Site Operations, Site Content, Merchandising, Creative, Project Management, Finance, CIX, etc), media agency teams, and vendors · Track budget for all initiatives, including estimates, invoices, and compiled media asks across the region · Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, industry trends, strategies and latest developments across channels

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Digital marketing experience required, preferably in a retail e-commerce environment
* Prior experience working in paid media channels a plus
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a must (subject to testing); Proficient in all other MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must; ability to communicate technical or detailed analyses into high level summaries for easy distribution, understanding and action
* Self-motivated problem solver with proven time-management and project management skills in deadline driven environment #LI-AM6
