Position Overview
Support the Buying Team / Buying Manager with administrative support to establish the optimum commercial assortment for the Omni channel region, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities · Collate information to assist in creating the pre-season financial category plan and translate this into a commercial line to support the strategy of the brand. · Effectively support the team in all merchandising activities like assortment definition, selection, development and review. · Help to develop seasonal product assortments in line with required KPI targets (Sales, SKU's, productivity and product trends) · Provide any base work & system setup needed for assortment definition, item definition , pricing and projections at country/store/style level · Define "line-card" of needed units by location/style/sku considering historical analysis, regional insights, market trends, business opportunities plus financial targets. · Create P.O.'s by location for efficient inventory & allocation processing · Setup Availability of Inventory in Market and manage re-buys as necessary. · Track inbound receipts and determine ship mode decisions as necessary. · Monitor allocation & Shipments of merchandise to Wholesale customers. · Support regional teams and business units to minimize challenges and maximize business opportunities. · Regularly evaluate open orderbook to identify gaps in coverage and maximize programs, communicating and updating field and internal partners regularly. · Prepare effective Sell Sheets and presentations for all new product launches to maximize revenue opportunity and channel/distribution coverage objectives. · Help analyze brand/category performance via regular reporting. · Continuously partner with other departments such as sales, supply chain, visual merchandizing and marketing to leverage processes, maximize sales, profit, inventory ownership and elevate overall brand representation. · Work effectively and efficiently within the team and with all interfaces within the company/licensee partners. · Ensuring accurate and timely line and calendar management for each season. · Execute any ad hoc duties as required by the lead

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Fluency in English & additional languages is a plus · Understanding of either merchandising, category management or marketing · Operations and project management experience skills
* High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* User level experience in SAP PTP & OTC modules
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Able to work on own initiative and to be pro-active
* Strong communicational skills, both verbal and written
