Quality Inventory Controller - 6 Month Contract

JOB PURPOSE

Control stock in and out of the Q08 / Q09 quality owned locations within GB20

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the stock movements in and out of the Quality locations Q08/Q09
• Pulling stock from inbounds for AQL inspections
• Pulling stock for global alerts
• Stock putaway following inspection pass result
• Asia Inspections process control for rejected stock
• Processing RTV on system and shipping goods following inspection failure
• Monitoring D&D in transit reports
• Monitoring the AQL 48hr report
• Raising NC's for pullback failures and communicating to retail stores
• Keeping D&D report updated for GB20
• Running weekly stock reports and keeping all quality bin spreadsheets updated with evidence of stock moves
• Sending monthly inventory report for QC locations & present to Quality Manager for approval

PERSONAL PROFILE

• GCSE Level C or above Maths & English
• SAP Knowledge or other management system experience
• RF scanning gun operation
• Previous warehouse experience
• Computer Literate (Excel, Word)
• Good Communicator
• Attention to Detail
