POSITION SUMMARY:

The Amazon Media Manager will support all businesses and marketing teams in defining their precision strategy for Amazon-related advertising content, identify and ensure the diffusion of best practices, and challenge media and agency partners when relevant to drive positive return on ad spend to grow all businesses. They will support the Amazon Center of Excellence in paving the way for the business to leverage the best partners and techniques through ongoing campaign optimizations, audience refinement, and measurement of results. The Media Manager will partner with Data and Marketing Science to develop rigorous testing methodologies, to optimize test & learn strategies, and to maximize return on ad spend.

This role will work closely with senior management in order to achieve the strategic objectives and play a key role in leading company performance via Media strategies.

This position also partners closely with the business units internally, as well as with CRM and paid media teams extending to Owned & Operated businesses for increased transparency and a cohesive marketing across all channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Oversees PVH paid media investment on Amazon to maximize effectiveness and drive efficiencies
  • Coordinates with cross-functional team (sales, brand marketing, and agency) to develop strategy and execute media plans for PVH brands on Amazon
  • Partners closely with media agency to improve performance and capabilities and sets expectations on reporting and measurement
  • Leverages insights to inform and drive rapid test and learn across paid media campaigns
  • Partners with brand teams on content needs for paid media placements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 5+ Experience in digital marketing for a large-scale brand; 2+ years working in a product marketing capacity preferred
  • Mandatory experience in managing Amazon performance marketing directly or through a third party (Amazon advertising and Amazon Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience in planning and buying of display media, building campaigns, implementing bidding strategies. Experience with programmatic buying is a plus

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
  • Certification in or extensive hands-on experience with web analytics

Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles applied to Amazon such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & Landing Page optimization & experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights a major plus
