POSITION SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst is an instrumental role on the Amazon Center of Excellence team in North America, and will analyze Amazon strategies within both Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger, serving as the primary analyst to drive growth and transformation for the Amazon business - a key component of the region's growth plan (to supercharge Digital).

The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing strategic insights, key understanding of product performance and deep analytical explanation for multiple cross-channel marketing activities for the Amazon COE. They will work closely with senior management in order to achieve the strategic objectives and play a key role in describing company performance via data.

This position also partners closely with the business units internally, as well as with CRM and paid media teams. There will be additional exposure extending to Owned & Operated businesses for increased transparency and a cohesive analysis across all channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Extract data from Amazon vendor portal on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop insights and business strategy based on data
  • Discuss main KPIs with Amazon vendor manager and each Amazon Key Account manager
  • Challenge variation to budget and forecast and identify biggest opportunities
  • Identify missing data, glitches and anomalies and act to solve them
  • Recommend action plans and corrections in relation with Sales team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • Experience of 3 years+ in analytical or business intelligence preferably at Amazon or other Amazon brand team at an apparel company

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field e.g., math, statistics, engineering, economics, finance, computer science.

Skills:
  • Knowledge of Amazon vendor portal central tool and Amazon seller central
