POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Creative Content is an instrumental role on the Amazon Center of Excellence team in North America. The role is responsible for all aspects of design projects for the Amazon COE for both Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger, with the goal of transformation for the Amazon business - a key component of the region's growth plan (to supercharge Digital).

This role will work closely with senior management in order to achieve the strategic objectives and play a key role in describing company performance via creative content.

This position also partners closely with the business units internally, as well as with CRM and paid media teams. There will be additional exposure extending to Owned & Operated businesses for increased transparency and a cohesive branding across all channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Creating concepts and pitch ideas informed by customer needs and coordinates with the Tommy Hilfiger + Calvin Klein creative/marketing teams to stay abreast of brand guidelines and templates.
  • Briefing the marketing team on the specific Amazon needs and the visuals required to perform. Working with marketing team to enhance / edit existing brand assets for Amazon use
  • Enhancing existing treatments and driving continuous improvement
  • Creates assets at scale to support an Amazon test-and -learn environment to implement successful Amazon content tactics including A+ content, above-the-fold imagery for the PDP, and paid media placement
  • Pares assets that meet Amazon guidelines, including specs, file size and other compliance requirements
  • Applies strong composition and technical skills to formatting images and artwork

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in creative content production at an apparel brand

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing or related concentration preferred.

Skills:
  • Able to clearly pitch the creative thought-process to internal and external stakeholders
  • Editing skills and thorough and comprehensive understanding and experience of pre-and post-production of motion assets
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Experience of Amazon /digital wholesale specific content creation process and creative constraints
  • Extensive experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
