Retail Business Analyst and Development Manager Western Hub

As a Retail Business Analyst and Development Manager Based in Paris, you are part of the Retail Operations team in Western Europe Hub and you will report to the Head of Retail Operations and Business Development. In this role you will be the key Retail Stakeholder for Reports & Analysis in the Western Hub whilst detecting and working on new business opportunities. As such you will be working closely together with the Retail Directors in each market as well as Finance, Merchandising and the HQ to name a few.

What you can expect:

• You will work in a self-dependent, autonomous and target-oriented way meaning you are expected to execute strategic directions as well as pro-actively find commercial Business opportunities
• You will be responsible for the Retail Reporting tools & Business Analysis and you will propose commercial actions based on your Analysis
• You will be the key contact for the local Markets and the global Headquarter in terms of Retail Reporting & Analytics related questions and requests
• You will prepare Business Reviews on Hub and local level
• You will work on Top Management Presentations
• You will be involved in preparing Business Cases for new Store Openings in the Western Hub based on traffic date and a clear analytical model
• You will be involved into budget forecasts with all local Markets and you will act as an analytical "sparring partner" to the Retail Directors in each Market of the Western Hub
• You will be involved into developing commercial tools, new Bonus Schemes, Retail challenges

Your profile:

• A relevant University degree: Bachelor required; Master's is a plus
• 3+ year of experience in a similar role within the (fashion) Retail environment
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
• The ability to communicate effectively & confidently from Store level to C-level
• Hign level of proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
• Experience in working with reporting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Enthusiastic, self-confident and sel-motivated
• Hign level of empathy and integrity
• Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
• Hign interst and understanding in Retail and Fashion
