We are looking for a Media Activation Team Lead to lead and develop an international team of experts in ad operations and campaign optimisation. You will work closely with the Senior Expert Leads of Campaign Intelligence and Media Strategy, who will have a skipped leadership responsibility for your team. You will be responsible for the commercial success of media by creating and delivering great campaigns for our clients and enabling smooth collaboration with our internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and develop an international team of 10, create an efficient and effective team structures/processes, support and foster talent, drive integration and collaboration across campaign intelligence and media planning/strategists
  • Understand and consider the customer's needs in your daily work: observe and analyze customer behaviors
  • Maintain and improve our market/media understanding of audience trends, consumer behavior, and performing competitor research and drive innovation.
  • Make sure that your team delivers high quality campaigns execution and insights.
  • Support the commercial growth of existing and new clients working with our Partner Consultancy team and other internal teams by leading the discussion and content creation on media topics during client pitches
  • 8+ years experience in digital marketing and client services along with 6+ years experience in leading and managing teams. Previous online publisher/sales house or retailer experience is a plus.
  • Strong digital media/industry knowledge (key players and market mechanisms) along with proven understanding and prior experience with media research tools and digital channels with a focus on programmatic media buying, online video and social media. Understanding the traditional media channels is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship building skills, experience in building a strong network of internal and external partnerships to drive business impact. Strong communication and presentation skills in English is mandatory.
  • Analytical thinking, great presentation design skills and a profound knowledge of MS-Office is a must. Advanced project management experience is a must.
