RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor remedial progress and assist factories towards compliance through regular meetings, desktop searches and on-site inspections
- Conduct induction training to new factories on Burberry Ethical Trade requirements
- Work with NGOs and manage social projects to improve workers' well-being
- Analyse factory data to identify improvement opportunity
- Identify training needs and deliver corresponding training to strategic factories
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A recognized degree in Engineering and Science
- At least 5 years' experience in CSR audit and social projects
- Good understanding in productivity, factory operation and workers' conditions
- Proficient with Excel/VBA for data analysis
- Possess knowledge in local legislative requirements of Labour, Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection in Asia
- Understand the local labour issues and culture in Asia
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, other Asian language is an advantage
- Qualifications of SA8000/ISO14000/OHSAS18000 or professional bodies in Environmental, Health and Safety fields are preferable
- Frequent travelling to Asian countries is required
