The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

Our Wholesale traineeship in our Tommy Jeans division enables you to steer your career in a direction that suits your talent and passion. The 12 month program allows you to discover yourself through a wide selection of professional- and personal skills- trainings. The position provides the opportunity to learn the sales business from ground up, working side by side with the Key Account- and Area Sales Manager. Your place of residence should ideally be Munich or the surrounding area. The Traineeship will start on July 1st.

A day in the life of a Trainee Wholesale - Tommy Jeans (m/f/x) Showroom Munich:
  • You will support with the creation of assortments for customers and market needs
  • You will help analyzing customers performance to detect additional business opportunities
  • You will analyze bestsellers to recommend direct sale potentials
  • You will take part at strategy meetings with customers in order to evolve a partner strategy, tap their full potential and ensure a holistic sell in and sell out performance
  • You will strongly communicate and interact closely with the Customers (new and existing) as well as internal stakeholders

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree, post-secondary education or post graduate diploma in business economics, fashion or related fields
  • First work experience in retail, sales or related fields would be a plus
  • Insights and interest in the fashion industry, i.e. market trends and consumer behavior
  • A hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented interaction with partners and customers
  • The ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders and a high degree of team spirit
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A good command of written and spoken English
