US Chief Client Officer (Miami, FL)

We're looking for a Miami-based US Chief Client Officer. A self-starter — aka not a corporate person — to roll up the sleeves and be primarily responsible for audience discovery, client engagement, and community building.

As an early team member, you’ll also participate in all aspects of the business and help in other areas. It’s an incredible opportunity to have 360° hands-on experience, from audience discovery to operations setup, from go-to-market strategy to crossborder logistics.

Your role will be vital in establishing a solid foundation for growth & sustainability.

  • You have 5-10 years in marketing, DTC startup, business consultancy, or equivalent.
  • You're upbeat and driven by proactive goal setting and achievement. You dream big, really big 🚀
  • You're collaborative, not deferential. You take ownership and provide leadership.
  • You're comfortable with a fast-paced environment and with managing ambiguity.
  • You're disposed toward learning. If there's a best practice anywhere, you'll adopt it.
  • You use your creativity & ingenuity to overcome resource constraints.
  • You're familiar with CRM, CDP, analytics, and other marketing tools/APIs — e.g., HubSpot, Segment, GA, ReferralCandy, Typeform — or are willing to learn about them.
  • You have legal work status in the US.



  • Conduct audience research, including client interviews, home visits, and focus groups.
  • Build hypotheses around audience personas and put them to test through live experiments.
  • Collaborate with clients in shaping a product catalog tailored to their needs.
  • Engage with our clients and drive our community-building initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships with artists and brands, including collabs or events.



  • MBA degree.
  • Portuguese or Spanish skills.
  • Tech-savviness.

We want to be one of the most admired luxury brands globally, period.

But we're realists. We're expanding not because of brand ego but because our international clients have asked us to. More than 10% of our 400k+ Instagram followers live in the US, the Middle East, and beyond. We receive daily requests from clients worldwide, but we struggle to serve them from Brazil.

We're setting up a cross-border ecommerce platform in the US that will allow us to serve these clients, learn about their preferences, and how to satisfy them best. We like to collaborate with our clients in everything we do. Our clients' voices are most important for setting a solid foundation for brand growth.

We plan to open our first flagship store in Miami late in 2022. Our future store openings will depend on the learnings from our cross-border ecommerce operation.

However, we already see client demand from the US East Coast and the Middle East.

Our products are manufactured by supply partners worldwide. Around 50% of our sales come from products sourced outside of Brazil. Our international operation also helps us optimize global logistics.

We've also recently raised a round of equity financing with private equity firm Treecorp, which will provide us with the resources we need to expand abroad.
