Product Development Manager – Performance/Activewear
WE ARE EXPANDING OUR RTW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND ARE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED AND PASSIONATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As a Performance wear Product Development Manager, you will be part of the RTW PD team in our HQ in Copenhagen.
Your main responsibility is managing and developing the products in close corporation with the design team and the product engineers.
You will be responsible for all tasks related to the product throughout both the development stage as well as production and it is required that you own and drive the product as well as the process.
This includes: sourcing and selection of materials and suppliers, managing critical path and product lead-times, price negotiation, as well as securing quality and quantity in correspondence with the demand and planning teams. Creating and maintaining of Product master data in our ERP/PDM system as well as complying with workflow and other supporting tools. Ordering and management of sample collections and manage and drive projects within the product group and throughout the organization with strong sense of stakeholders and decision gates.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
An independent team player with a high sense of fashion business as well as a distinct management approach to product development
- 5-7 years’ experience from a similar position in an international company
- Proficient skills in performance/active wear product development.
- Management of critical timeline related to commercial fashion
- Proficient skills in working with certified materials.
- High level of both verbal and writing English
- Flair for working with multiple digital tools and platforms as well as a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is an advantage

The position requires travelling to suppliers and production countries as well as participation on relevant fairs and summits. The position holds no people management.
