Production Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity to join a leading mens resort wear & lifestyle brand. Working on a growing collection covering three main seasons and several collaborations per year with the top department stores, boutiques and resorts around the world. Experience all areas of the business working closely with design, wholesale, ecommerce, operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Working directly with Production Manager and assist with actioning manufacturer & supplier production orders
• Chasing suppliers on delivery dates for all production orders including fabric & trims orders
• Following the production schedule coordinating with factories to ensure delivery schedule and critical path are adhered to
• Liaising with internal team on productions status & delivery dates
• Managing orders tracker to be updated with 100% accuracy
• Keeping track of production invoices to be approved and sent to finance department
• TOPs & stock QC to ensure product meets quality standards
• Managing international trading (export) documentations, statements & certifications
• Managing of shipments tracking and chasing suppliers & forwarders for all correct packing lists and clearance documents
• Assisting with stock analysis and merchandising reports for ordering & forecasting
• Analysing received stock and close PO to keep database up to date
• General Production Admin

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Have 2 years previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal with the ability to multi-task
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
• Highly organised with a flawless attention to detail, forward-thinking, initiative to find solutions to all tasks
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of international shipping
