The Role:

As the UGG Business Development Manager you will develop new business opportunities for UGG wholesale in France across all channels and segments with a dedicated focus on Premium/Pinnacle distribution and new categories.

In this role you will be responsible for pioneering the luxury and mainstream brand opportunities with a focus on the major wins towards our strategic priorities set for the brand.

Your Impact:

  • Identify new business opportunities within and outside the existing distribution in France.
  • Identify the best strategy for growth of each channel, segment & category.
  • Consider, prioritise, and select new accounts that in the medium term will add significant sales to the existing base.
  • Travel to relevant partners, trade shows and locally to gain market knowledge.
  • Responsible for achieving the agreed seasonal and annual sales targets with existing and newly gained retailers

  • Previous experience in similar role within the apparel/footwear industry
  • An understanding of and passion for the fashion industry and the UGG brand
  • Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement for this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Valid full driving license
