The team is looking for a recent graduate to join the team and to learn and grow with experts within this field.

  • Be involved in all aspects of the day to day technical support of all Zalando users at both the 1st and 2nd support levels.
  • Manage incidents, SR's and tutoring requests with a high level of customer contact, both face to face and via remote tools.
  • Work independently and as a member the day to day professional running of the help desk, ensuring that the high standards of customer support are maintained.
  • Work in a dynamic flexible team and be able to provide cover at any of our Berlin sites to empower our users to solve their own issues.
  • Having proven help desk experience, you are able to break down an issue and understand the root cause, then implement an appropriate fix.
  • Have good support understanding of Mac and Windows hardware and operating systems.
  • Experience of working with an Incident management system such as Service Now
  • Have working knowledge of Google products including the Google Workplace applications.
  • Posses Working knowledge of network infrastructure and an ability to troubleshoot issues, including knowledge of network printing solutions.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills. English is required.
