Arddun Agency are a London based Womenswear wholesale agency in Shoreditch, London specialising in the Luxury and Advanced Contemporary world. Founded in 2020 we have grown quickly and already have a proven track record of launching brands successfully internationally as well as being great partners to our brands and well regarded by our retail partners. We have big ambitions and aggressive growth plans and are looking for the right candidates to help us execute all we aim to achieve.

The main responsibilities include:

Manage and oversee the operational systems of the wholesale agency from the infrastructure to support digital sales through to receiving orders and passing over to our brands

Managing and overseeing financial processes liaising with our external finance functions regularly

Building and overseeing all budgets and reporting monthly and quarterly

Managing all permanent and temporary office and showroom locations, processes and leases

Overseeing logistics and processes of our international showrooms

Maintaining and supporting our relationship with our external functions including HR, IT, digital marketing

Managing and leading on all recruiting aspects as well as supporting on team and company structure

Constantly reviewing and improving company processes, working with other heads of department to ensure we are constantly striving for operational efficiency

Supporting the day to day running of the company to ensure that everyone has the tools they need to perform their roles to the best of their ability

Support our brands to ensure they are as operationally efficient as possible including logistics, shipping, customs, warehousing etc

Support with employee morale, motivations, training and growth

Supporting and being part of the planning for our short, medium and long term growth and helping to implement the strategies to achieve the company goals
