Our Venray warehouse is located in the historical region of Limburg in the Netherlands. This is our biggest Logistics centre where our teams are doing what's never been done to provide an unrivalled order experience to our customers globally.

THE ROLE

As the Stadium Goods EU Warehouse Operations Manager you will partner with the Stadium Goods and Farfetch teams to ensure objectives are met for EU warehouse. You will be fully responsible for managing the SG on site team on Operational areas including authentication, intake, returns and inbound logistics. You and your team will build a strong collaborative relationship with the FxFF teams. This will include supporting FF in other areas of the warehouse during down times and working with the FFxF management to get additional support during peak times for SG.

You will report directly to the Stadium Goods Head of International Commercial Operations and be responsible for building the EU warehouse team and business. You will work cross-functionally with the SG/FF Logistics, Finance, Merchandising/Supply, Partner Services, Delivery Support, and global Farfetch team. As the on-site manager for SG you will help support all aspect of our business in the EU warehouse by partnering with the FxFF team to ensure our high standards are met.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Serve as primary contact for SG at the EU warehouse and partner with external vendors, suppliers, as well as internal company Farfetch and Stadium cross functional teams.
    • Collaborate with internal Stadium Goods and Farfetch teams to onboard and continually service new suppliers and drop ship partners.
    • Support inbound logistics as needed
    • Directly oversee all authentication, returns and intake processes and SG EU team management.
    • Partner with FxFF to achieve daily objectives and SLAs.
    • Help support our inventory control and loss prevention areas.
    • Enforce operational SOPs and policies as well as process improvement strategies.
    • Participate in inter-departmental meetings partnering to build synergies fostering communication, cooperation and teamwork.
    • Implement strategies that commit to providing a positive, safe work experience for our employees.
    • Support special projects as assigned by your manager.
    • Coach, develop, motivate and cultivate staff while providing ongoing feedback fostering growth and sustained improvement.
    • Create an environment that ensures a high level of employee engagement by promoting an environment of open communication.
    • Maintain and update EU operations documentation such as SOPs, job descriptions, and performance management of staff while ensuring policies and procedures are maintained and the department and team members are operating and performing to standard.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand and communicate the impact of changes to demand, supply and network assumptions.
    • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by team member and by department.
    • Research, develop and implement process improvements to our intake and fulfillment operational performance by seeking out areas of inefficiencies in both internal and external-facing processes.
    • Apply the continuous improvement mindset to your workload.


WHO YOU ARE

    • Experience authenticating sneakers will be highly beneficial.
    • Managing and developing teams in a warehouse or retail environment.
    • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and applies the continuous improvement mindset to all work streams.
    • Strong soft skill set to provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members and leads.
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills; comfortable with thinking critically to resolve issues efficiently
    • Comfortable with using ERP/WMS systems; experience with Magento and X3 a plus.
    • Comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams in a concise and effective manner.
    • Ability to evaluate and prioritize workload for team.
