What you can expect:
  • Answering incoming phone calls to the company and directing them to relevant people,
  • Directing the guests coming to the company to the relevant departments,
  • Using the announcement system, which is an internal communication tool,
  • Receiving and keeping records of official documents coming to the company,
  • Taking part in company organizations, data entry, documentation and archiving when necessary.

Your profile:
  • Preferably with an undergraduate or graduate degree,
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Fluent in English and/or German,
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel,
  • High communication skills,
  • Prone to teamwork.
