Social Media Lead / Content Creator

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager/ Digital Creator to help us drive the social strategy for a leading hair and beauty brand. You will be responsible for implementing their social media strategy in order to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts. You will use social analytics to drive decision making as well as make informed content decisions. You will be results driven and are comfortable working towards targets. 

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and develop the social media strategy
• Help define important social media KPIs
• Create a social media content calendar in line with the comms plan in Sprout Social
• Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube using Sprout Social
• Manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Create and present monthly social reports to measure the success of social media campaigns, monitor engagement and suggest content optimization
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal team on social content and strategy
• Communicate with agency partners (e.g. PR, SEO) 
• Create and nurture relationships with influencers via social media to create a strong network

Skills

• You will have experience working with Adobe CC 
• You will have experience managing social media accounts across multiple channels 
• You will have experience running paid social campaigns 
• You will have experience creating and capturing content 
• You are a quick learner and can wear many hats 
• Experience working in the beauty industry is a plus
• Experience using Sprout Social is a plus
