Ecommerce Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital & E-shop team at Dover Street Market as Ecommerce Assistant, a role that will be key in the successful support of onsite web merchandising. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with RTW, E-Concession and Jewellery product uploads & Trade
• Running product uploads
• Assisting with onsite visual merchandising to ensure collection pages adhere to VMD guidelines and trade potential is maximized
• Ensure sold-out product is managed according to guidelines
• Ensure the homepage and landing pages are continuously refreshed
• Writing in-depth product descriptions to include but not limited to key product information, copy, customs and warehousing data, imagery
• Writing size and dimension guides

Your Profile

• Experience working with eCommerce platforms
• Problem solver with a hands-on approach
• Experience working with retail back-end systems
• Strong understanding of luxury goods
• Interest in the world of Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market

• A self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude
