Job Details

The Specialist, Digital Studio is a key player in our energetic and fast-paced digital global advertising studio. The studio builds rich media Web banners, DOOH units, emails, MMS's, EDM's Animated Gifs and custom video assets for each campaign. We deliver accurate and quality deliverables to all our markets, Domestic and International, so you will be working with multiple languages.

For each campaign, we start off with a handful of standard sizes, that we build and finalize, in the studio, and then adapt those, to create many additional sizes and ratios, to fulfill our markets needs.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the Studio Manager, in overseeing the daily operation of all studio functions.
  • Help delegate work orders, to ensure deadlines are reached.
  • Work with Production artist and freelancers, in reviewing their work when necessary.
  • Create on-time, error-free, and properly constructed final assets
  • Use Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, throughout most of the day, but will require other application skills to be listed below.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines while producing high quality work
  • Participates in weekly studio update status meetings.
  • You will be placing copy, in multiple languages, in our Digital Emails.
  • You will at times, upload and build assets, on our hosting platforms.
  • Follow guidance and instructions from Creative leads and Project Managers
  • Maintain ownership and responsibility, including QA, throughout each project's lifecycle
  • Collaborate and ideate with creative partners throughout the process to facilitate seamless execution and creative excellence
  • Adhere to naming conventions and back-up procedures to ensure proper archiving of digital assets
  • Keep up to date on and adhering to digital best practices across different platforms

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years as a creative professional in a production environment, either on the Brand or Agency side.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in delivering digital campaign assets in a number of file formats, such as, JPEG's, PNG's, MOV's, MP4's and Animated Gifs
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent reading, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to reference guidelines and templates to produce high quality on-brand assets
