Business and Retail Management
  • Partner with Store Managers and to work with the Store Ops Professionals to ensure core retail operational tasks are delivered according to global standards
  • To support, lead and coordinate with Stores Operations Professional in implementing global and regional directives
  • Identify area for improvements and training needs; work with Regional GSO for providing adequate trainings or re-caps on certain topic
  • Partner with store's management to ensure company compliance and policies are followed and on timely manner
  • Communicate the latest operational SOPs to Store Ops Professional and store leaders and to monitor the performance
  • Work with Central / market mgt / store planning team in the successful opening / renovations / closure of store network
  • Work with Market Director on the development and implementation of all, employee incentive programs
  • Work closely with all departments to plan and assist stores for driving business opportunities.
  • Coordinate local market competition information.
  • Work directly with Store leaders to drive store action plans in order to achieve retail KPIs.

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure retail stores follow Inventory Management according to RF standards and communicate any changes on SOP as required
  • Support and teach stores of any IT issues and reports accordingly. Discuss with regional GSO for change request or repeating issues
  • Partner with Global Sales Operations to facilitate implementation of productivity enhancement projects (e.g. JRNI, Retail Foundation updates, Kronos )
  • Ensure stores follow all POS requirement and provide training if necessary
  • Visits to store regularly to ensure all operational standards are followed and raise any concern to Sales Director or seek advice from regional GSO if applicable
  • Act as a key contact point regarding to all operational issues.
  • Recommend to improve work process, procedures and flows within retail team and continuous seek for refinement.
  • Regularly evaluate store manpower (roster/ sick leave record/ annual leave planning).
  • Overseeing retail reporting, analytics and administrative support to the retail team
  • Overseeing inventory management and logistics

Store Compliance
  • Lead the local adoption of Global Retail Standard Operation procedures and monitor compliance to our policy framework
  • Lead the audit process using Retail Control Checklist (RCC) and report to GSO and local management on audit findings
  • Provide clear operational SOP at a market level to ensure government requirements are covered including Anti-Money Laundering requirements, ensure these reviewed and maintained.
  • Ensure full adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety procedures and processes
  • Conduct training & retraining on SOPs and compliance requirements to retail team
  • Enforce company's policies, rules and regulations relating to the retail team
  • Support HKSSC on documentation and information to fulfil external audit requirements

Market Specific
  • Support and manage Event coordination with manpower resource and allocation
  • Support Stores competition / incentive recommendation & simulation
  • Partnership with Store Planning on stores Maintenance/ follow up to ensure good image
  • Support and Assist on customer complaint and escalation (if any)

  • Min Degree holder with minimum 5 year's solid experience in retail operations with successful track record in technical & management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
