The Ecommerce Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for the marketing and digital merchandising of the Scotch & Soda North American website. The Ecommerce Marketing Associate Manager will work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of a growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salary 52-65k depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create North American marketing calendar in terms of e-mail, SMS and push notifications.
- Create graphics for marketing campaigns in Photoshop or InDesign
- Build out and QA e-mails on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Write copy for North American only e-mails and submit translations
- Report on e-mail performance weekly and monthly looking at KPI's and using this information to help optimize future e-mail sends
- Update App notifications according to the marketing calendar
- Collaborate with HQ on content launches for marketing campaigns and North American specific campaigns
- Brief site, email, and marketing content. Make adjustments where necessary
- Re-sizing website content as needed
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all e-mail launches
- Continuously review the competitive landscape to understand and identify emerging e-mail trends and propose new ways to improve and evolve the CRM team
- Help QA all product to ensure copy, imagery, and detail accuracy
- Education: Business or marketing-related degree;
- Experience: 3-4 years of ecommerce experience preferred;
- HTML and Photoshop experience;
- Familiarity with analytics and heatmapping tools;
- Highly detail oriented and able to ensure finished product is accurate;
- Adaptable and highly collaborative;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Retail experience preferred;
- Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines;
- Problem analysis and problem-solving;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and multi-task with an appropriate level of urgency.
