Job Details

About the role:

Muzungu Sisters is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to manage the in-house Wholesale logistics. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in a Wholesale role within the fashion industry. You will have to be a hands-on person that is highly driven and self-motivated, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

This position is based in Notting Hill, London. 

 

Wholesale & Logistics:

  • Review and confirm purchase orders from clients, and raise Order Confirmations, invoices and credit notes
  • Perform cross-checks on all inbound and outbound stock
  • Liaise with Production to advise of any discrepancies with units received from suppliers
  • Create packing lists and update shipment information in the internal database
  • Arrange wholesale orders for shipment in accordance to client’s shipping preferences
  • Maintain wholesale buyer relationships and assist with sending assets
  • Create and maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Liaise with vendors on payments prior to the shipment of goods
  • Assist clients and vendors of any queries regarding repairs, returns, stock swap and re-orders Maintaining and updating wholesale reporting documents
  • Assist with production logistics 

Other:

  • Facilitating sales at the studio
  • Arranging and helping at private sales for VIP clients
  • Studio day-to-day maintenance
  • Occasional Executive PA duties for the founders of the company, including arranging and scheduling deliveries
  • Account administration such as filing receipts & invoicing, XERO management and reporting to accountants
  • Assist with the preparation of lookbook shoots, pop up events etc.

  • Self-motivated and willing to contribute to the brand
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • At least 4 years of experience in the fashion sector
  • Comfortable stepping outside regular duties as needed Be extremely neat and organised
  • Adobe Suite, Shopify & Excel competence XERO experience a bonus
