WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED?
Your main tasks will include:
- Being the first point of contact for any IT related issues;
- 1st and 2nd level support for workplace systems (Windows & Linux);
- Troubleshooting in desktop, printer and mobile area;
- Setup and upgrading of workplaces and infrastructure;
- Monitoring of the IT infrastructure (switches, access points, routers, computers, printers);
- Fault analysis in WAN and LAN networks, using appropriate network protocols.
- Previous professional experience in 1st and 2nd level of support (experience in IT logistics field will be an advantage)
- Network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WI-FI) will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, SSH Windows Server
- Completed education in IT field
- Some experience in handling Linux systems
- Experience in the field of data protection and data security
- Willingness to learn
- Fluency in Polish
- Fluency in English (min B2 level)
- Ready to work on shifts and on Saturdays
