Area Manager Italy & Europe

Full Time position based in Milan, Italy.

Reports to:

  • General Manager EMEA


  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced use of Excel and Powerpoint


  • Supervise a wide network of Italian Agents and International Distributors of the Company
  • Prepare seasonal budgets for internal discussion and approval
  • Define seasonal budget goals by market/agent and distributor and brief the sales force on company goals and seasonal requirements
  • Brief agents and distributors on Seasonal trainings & collections
  • Promote Business development: search, find and start new business relations with Wholesale accounts and large groups who relate to our corporate identity
  • Organize quarterly visits to clients and Partners
  • Organize seasonal brainstorming with agents and our sales department to provide collective input based on market needs & feedback
  • Provide Sell-Thru Analysis, Benchmark Analysis, Showroom sales reports
  • Oversee EMEA open stock and reassortment programs
  • Plan organization of sales campaigns
  • Organize Showroom sales with Key Accounts
  •  Support company departments in developing the best customer service: analysis of customer complaints/defective items, returns, coordinating seasonal shipments, returns and reorders
  • Support Accounting and Finance in dealing with agents and single accounts for all finance/credit related issues
