Position Overview
The Brand Image Specialist supports and maintains the Polo Ralph Lauren Sweden brand image through product presentation and merchandising standards. The Brand Image Coordinator is also responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal partners that help build and execute profitable merchandising strategies. Teamwork, relationship management, effective communication, and attention to detail are critical aspects of this role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide visual merchandising support:
• Merchandising mapping for monthly deliveries
• Early store/prototype set up
• New store openings
• Product and Creative initiatives/tests
• Manage calendar
• Participate in monthly buy meetings
• Standardize store layout, review floor plans, fixture placement, business placement, zone placement
• Work cross functionally to align product presentation strategies with department, division, company
• Manage quarterly process to ensure approvals and documents are on time per meeting cadence
• Manage tools needed for all early store process and execution

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient/expert in Microsoft Office Suite. General knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Suite a plus
• Ability to manage multiple on- going projects
• Capacity to maintain a project calendar/schedule and provide weekly updates
• Ability to complete assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain and manage relationships at all levels
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Exceptional oral, listening, leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills
• General knowledge of product presentation strategies
• Fluency in Swedish and English are mandatory, both spoken and written
