Department Information:

Calvin Klein Accessories is a relatively new and fast growing divisions comprising all accessories product categories including handbags, small leather goods, belts, textile accessories, for men, women and kids.

The Calvin Klein main label is designed and developed from Amsterdam whilst the CALVIN KLEIN JEANS line is part of a global collection designed in NY.

Calvin Klein FTW, recently in-housed SP21, is already the third biggest division in CKE with high growth potential and ambitious targets. Including all genders for both the Calvin Klein and Calvin Klein Jeans Labels

This division consists of the following teams:
  • Merchandising- Responsible for the planning and implementation of a successful product strategy which meets the territory specific product requirements and delivers on sales, productivity and margin targets
  • Design - drives the visual creation of the product line, working closely with Creative Direction in NY, Merchandising and PD in order to bring the product vision to life
  • Product Development - drives the development process of product made for the European market. Working closely with Merchandising, Design, factories and planning teams in order to deliver high-quality, profitable collections on-time to market
  • Sales - Ensure effective and consistent communication between division, country sales and retail. Supports the presentation of collections to country sales teams and key accounts

The Team:

Reporting to the Sr. Market Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing Digital Asset Management process, content creation, managing photoshoots, creation and coordination of sales tools (e.g. swatches, colour cards, visual support in show room) ensuring deadlines are met. Facilitating communication between the Division and all other departments involved in ensuring a successful Market Launch, consistently improving digital content andiaising with VM and creative services (floorplans with proposal of Product allocation to be discussed with VM after proposal made by Merchandising/Design, management of props order..) to ensure product gets the right representation and space

Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Digital Asset Management, including content creation, managing photoshoots, creation and coordination of sales tools and ensuring timely availability of relevant data and information in the Digital Showroom and iPad
  • Organize key events / meetings (e.g. Proto review, Sketch review, GAM, TTT) in terms of facilities and logistics, including timely availability of samples
  • Manage the inbounding / out bounding of samples, by creating inbound / outbound files, ensuring correct data uploads, adding requirements, and liaise with stakeholders in case of complications
  • Responsible for allocation and logistics of advertisement samples to stakeholders
  • Support CKA division and carry out administrative and other ad hoc supportive tasks
  • Drive improvement initiatives regarding digital asset management, photoshoots and general divisional processes
  • Manage invoices related to photoshoots for digital assets

The Ideal Candidate:
  • BA degree
  • 4 years + work experience in fashion
  • Excellent organizational, communication and negotiating skills necessary
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure while working on multiple tasks under tight deadlines by providing high quality work results
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Affinity with systems
  • Fluent in English
