POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Talent Coordinator is responsible for casting coordination activities, and maintaining the integrity, image and overall aesthetic of the Calvin Klein brand globally through selection of talent for all Calvin Klein brands

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Research and seek out new talent for consideration; schedule go-sees
  • Track local models; speak to agents daily to discover new talent
  • Work with Finance to manage and track invoices
  • Collect mandatory forms and manage process with new vendors
  • Work with Legal to create and track model releases, acting as liaison with model agency legal team, and clarifying language in agreements as needed
  • Negotiate rates, ensuring invoices are formatted properly, and expenses are accounted for and outlined
  • Ensure P&H is paid for models in all SAG productions; manage Extreme Reach (SAG signatory) for invoices, updates, paperwork
  • Provide support to Casting Director
    • Assist in casting campaigns and look books
    • Attend meeting and manage secondary projects (e.g. off-price shoots, North America look books) for the new design teams
    • Track model usage extensions, invoices, and updated model releases
    • Follow up with model releases for campaigns
    • Provide model suggestions for various projects in New York, LA, and Europe
  • Coordinate and manage the following casting tasks
    • Global design team specific fit and looks models
    • North America E-commerce (casting, booking, and invoicing)
    • Coordination of fittings
    • Campaign and Product Marketing Looks Models
    • North America Look books
  • Research
    • Stay up-to-date with models, advertising, celebrities, photographers, fashion shows, etc worldwide

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 4 to 5 years previous fashion or related experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
  • Have strong organization, time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office, Photoshop, iPhoto, and Acrobat Pro.
