As the FP&A Transformation Manager your task is to enable the organization to deliver more efficient planning, analysis, and reporting by designing and managing centralized FP&A processes, tools and overall capabilities. As part of the Business Finance Organization, you will support our business strategy by combining business finance expertise with business insights.

If you are excited about improving and re-designing essential finance business processes, this role is perfect for you. If you have already gained footing in a role of an FP&A manager or participated in a similar FP&A transformation project, you will likely be great in this position.

  • Discovering where analytical work can better support business and management decisions, providing tailored technical and organizational solutions
  • Reviewing the quality and integrity of planning and reporting data, pushing for continuous improvement together with key stakeholders from business and finance
  • Enabling effective and efficient partnering between finance and business through FP&A process management and innovation, reducing time spent on manual and repetitive steps
  • Identifying opportunities to resolve existing FP&A issues, utilizing scale effects by centralizing and simplifying processes across business and finance teams
  • Managing the financial models for planning and forecasting, determining the best processes, methodologies, and modeling techniques to produce helpful data
  • Independently building tailored financial models and analyses that drive insights and support specific recommendations regarding unique business issues on an ad-hoc basis
  • You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent and you have 5+ years of professional experience as a management consultant or in a similar, fast-paced and innovative corporate environment
  • You are a good analytical and systematic thinker, able to understand the big picture and detailed implications and you apply a structured approach to problem solving
  • You gained experience in managing FP&A processes at scale, ideally in the context of transformation projects
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills that you consistently used to discuss with and challenge internal stakeholders
  • You communicate in a clear, fact-based and convincing way facing different seniority levels
  • You are an advanced user of the common BI tools, MS Office/Google Workspace , SAP or other ERPs
