Zalando is seeking a Junior Project Planner to support our most complex fulfillment center investment projects which enable our European logistics network expansion. WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED
- You will be responsible for our schedules on a multi-project level; a natural passion for and ability to dive deep and understand complex dependencies of schedules therefore is a must
- As you are excited about project management tools, it is no barrier for you to become our pro-user and get-to person in all schedule related questions
- Support our Senior Project Managers within large-scale logistics construction projects in all phases from project initiation to project closing by creating and owning the schedules in close alignment with all stakeholder across business units (Warehouse Operations, Logistics Development, Portfolio Management, Architecture & Construction, Legal, Indirect Procurement, Finance, Facility Management and other departments)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best-practices to maximize reliability and efficiency of our processes
- You have an Apprenticeship in office management or similar a education
- You have passion for organizational topics, if you are detail oriented and have first experience in project management
- A Project Management certification (e.g. GPM/IPMA, PMI, Prince II) is a plus
- Being familiar with IT tools and systems such as Microsoft / Google office and MS project (or similar) are a plus
- You are able to manage a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. Enthusiastic about interdisciplinary work and continuous learning
- You are fluent in English and German are important
