We are looking for a Head of Sales, Styling & Customer Experience to join our team. Reporting to the Co-Founder + CEO, this role is an exciting opportunity to scale sales and customer service at a fast-growing fine jewelry startup. This role is perfect for someone interested in sales, operations and customer service and will be a combination of team building and individual contribution.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurially-minded self-starters with a demonstrated passion for beautiful design. The At Present team thrives on finding solutions to ambiguous problems, loves to dive in and learn in a fast-paced environment and is considerate of one another. Interested candidates should work well in a flat organization and excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines.


  • Build and manage an internal digital sales and styling team.
  • Cultivate relationships with external personal shoppers, stylists, and influencers.
  • Help customers create unique looks, celebrate moments in their lives, and deepen their love for unique jewelry.
  • Deepen relationships with our best customers and cultivate new clientele.
  • Own day to day customer service questions and requests from all channels: social media, email, live chat, telephone, SMS. Questions may be about the product or order purchasing process.
  • Drive strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Understand end-to-end buying experience for customers and build strategies to improve the experience continuously.


  • Sales, support, styling, or customer success experience
