POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position will, develop and executive on various digital business strategies that support overall growth, profitability and E2E digital customer journey transformation.

This person is responsible for leading digital transformation projects at Chicos FAS. including leading the Marketplace and extended assortment strategy from inception through assortment plan.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Leads mobile app strategy from a customer's mindset, and liaison with technology toreplatform multiple sites.

· Leads strategic initiatives from opportunity identification, prioritization, diagnostic, design, pilot, implementation and impact measurement with a variety of tools, including rapid digitization, process re-design with agile and testing.

· Works cross functionally with technology, product, merchandising, marketing and techvendors to determine financially feasible model that aligns with brand positioning.

· Partners across all businesses throughout the organization to create successful launchintegration plans that deliver on results.

· Owns roadmap, product vision, and development of emerging products and platforms.

· Finds new opportunities ranging from conversational commerce to connected products.

· Launches pilots, get learnings, graduate best results. Repeat.

· Presents vision to large range of stakeholders with different levels of day to day involvement in the digital space.

· Advocates for superior customer experience while managing functional scope and deadlines for product backlog items

· Supports go-to-market planning and engagement to gain successful product adoption including "Train the Trainer" sessions and documents

· Drive the scoping and definition process for new digital product concepts including business cases, product specifications and prototyping

· Convert wireframes and mockups to valid markup following established digital style guide. Ability to product UX wireframes is a plus

·Delivers new digital products and enhancements to existing products to achieve improvements in online and offline customer journeys, driving a step change in the technology and data that underpins the experience.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

· Combined 8-10+ years of business and technical experience

· Proven record of being able to stand up and launch new innovative technology solutions such as drop ship, marketplace, replatfom, and app

· Multi -disciplinary background in technology or tech products, marketing and merchandising for a retailer who has successfully transformed digitally

· Experience launching 1.0 products into the world

· Comfort managing external design and development resources

· Great understanding of digital platforms and a passion for discovering new products on sites
