POSITION OBJECTIVE:



This position is responsible for day-to-day community engagement activities.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engages with customers on social platforms, including mentions of the brand and consumers talking about the products we sell.
  • Implements social campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Assists in surprise & delight activations, including identifying candidates and outreach to individuals.
  • Creates engaging text, image and video content as a response to increase the loyal, online community.
  • Responds to customer comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Responds to influencer and talent partners across the channels and works closely with influencer/talent teams to communicate sentiment and feedback.
  • Flags post issues while monitoring accounts.
  • Finds usable UGC that fits within the brand aesthetic for Chico's, WHBM and Soma.
  • Utilizes social listening tools to monitor product launches, PR related news/issues, crisis and more.
  • Creates listening reports on a weekly basis.
  • Follows Company and brand policies, procedures and guidelines relating to Social Marketing.
  • Monitors all Chico's FAS and Brand Pages Social Networking sites.
  • Uses technology tools as directed and within established guidelines.
  • Maintains confidentiality of the organization's customers and data.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or journalism required
  • 1-2+ years of customer service, social media or communications experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to quickly and accurately multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and communicate information clearly
  • Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including night and weekends when applicable
