Reporting to the Fraud Operations Lead, you will be responsible for executing the activities and processes for preventing fraud and financial loss, while minimizing the friction we deliver to our customers. You will use a variety of tools and internal and external data sources to do this effectively as possible across all geographies and business units.


    • You'll analyze high-risk transactions, screening for fraud indicators;
    • Compile evidence to defend what we believe are false fraud claims with financial institutions;
    • Assure that the customers (internal and external) get the best possible service when a detailed customer check is necessary;
    • Review and work proactively on effective new procedures and methods that reduce the need for customer friction or document requests in our fraud review processes;
    • Execute and improve multi-departmental procedures to achieve the better results between Customer Operations, Customer Service, Security, Account Managers and more;
    • Continuously improve our KPIs in the area of chargeback losses, accuracy rates, order approval time and more, while meeting our SLAs across the platform.


    • Experienced in an e-commerce fraud or risk area;
    • Fluent in English;
    • Detailed-oriented - you can spot the clues that point to developing trends;
    • Proactive and have a never give up attitude when solving problems;
    • Capable of working under pressure in a busy environment;
