Reporting to Head of Product you'll help shape product strategy for our Forward and Reverse flows platform which will become a foundation for our cross channels, efficient and cost-effective global supply network. Your role will have a central role in influencing the product mid and long term roadmap while shaping our platform core blocks evolution milestones.


    • Create a balanced approach and prioritization of ideation and delivery across Order Management, Checkout and returns products, from discovery to successful definition, adoption or investment decision-making.
    • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices in order to support new features and functionalities.
    • Develop supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations.
    • Gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product vision and roadmap.
    • Respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications.
    • Work with company leaders within Technology and Business areas to build a state-of-the-art product vision and strategy which ensures delivery of targets with the right priorities and the most flexible and scalable systems
    • Lead cross-cutting strategic planning and management of the program portfolio by encouraging the development of meaningful business cases which address the needs and opportunities and influencing wider organization forums through persuasive oral and written strategies


    • Solid know-how & experience in E-commerce, global Logistics and Fulfillment technologies
    • Able to think globally/strategically and frame new and complex issues
    • A professional with solid interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships across the board and partner relationships with senior elements~.
    • You are experienced with Order management, Returns and checkout processes and products.
    • Experience Product Management (+6 years)
    • Familiar with working with a diverse set of product development disciplines - technical experts such as Designers, Researchers, Analysts, Architects, Data Scientists and Engineers.
