You'll shape and deliver the product strategy for our Logistics platform which will become the foundation for our strategic platform across all channels and geographies supporting a fast, efficient, and cost-effective global network strategy.


    • Manage communication with key stakeholders to guarantee strategic alignment, coordinate product evolution and manage expectations.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment and post-deployment activities.
    • Proactively identify problems that arise in the project, outline options, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed.
    • Rely on data driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary.
    • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals.
    • Work with engineering teams in order to deliver value to the company and with complete independence, write and approve user stories as part of an Agile project framework.
    • Respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications.
    • Contribute with inputs to set the overall vision for our Logistics core platform.
    • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and works with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices in order to support new features and functionality.
    • Develop supporting business case, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations.


    • Know-how or proven experience in logistics and/or shipping and/or supply chain is highly desired
    • Marketplace experience, in an omni-channel company, is a plus.
    • Able to think globally/strategically, framing new and complex issues and being passionate about developing customer centric products.
    • A professional with solid interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), with proven ability to develop and maintain effective product roadmaps
    • Experienced in adopting a test and learn approach to build product, informing product direction
    • Familiar with working with a diverse set of product development disciplines - technical experts such as Designers, Researchers, Analysts, Architects, Data Scientists and Engineers.
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven experience in Product Management (+4 years)
