We are looking for a person who will lead a versatile team of engineers working towards our goals. You will work in a very relaxed environment and be part of a well-motivated, growing team.     • You will lead a versatile team of engineers with different types of backgrounds (backend developers and QAs), reporting to the Engineering Manager;
    • Set goals and development targets for the Engineers within managed team and support the team with feedback and development plans as they progress;
    • Engage with the team Product Manager into building a backlog that contributes to the development of the roadmap;
    • Contribute to the hiring and development of engineers within managed team;
    • Assure the collaboration of managed team across different engineering teams/offices and adherence to the defined global engineering best practices.


    • A graduate of a program in Information Systems or a related field;
    • A professional with solid technical background leading for a minimum of 1 year versatile engineering teams towards goal achievement;
    • Knowledgeable and experienced in Product/Software development, with understanding of all different phases, from the beginning all the way through implementation and continuous improvement, experienced working in Agile environments;
    • A person capable to act as a technical reference and promoter for using the newest technologies (.Net, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL Server, Cassandra) and methodologies within the managed team;
    • Someone with Continuous Integration/Delivery mindset;
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
