Job Details

You will oversee the day-to-day planning and maintenance of our website products and content, including coordinating the website product launch according to the marketing calendar and planning the web content calendar. You have both an eye for web merchandising and the organization skills to track web projects through to accurate and on time completion. You have a passion for user experience and desire to deliver a best in class web experience.

 

What you’ll do:

● Create, develop and manage content for web presence for both Lahgo.co and Lunya.co

● Manage web assets to maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the sites

● Merchandising of general and category pages

○ Create and maintain product collections, home page content, service page content, and

categories that are easy to navigate and highlight top-performing product selections

○ Monitor out-of-stock product and adjust pages to focus on featured and highest

converting products

● Ownership of Product Detail Pages

○ Set up new products on the website, with attention to detail to ensure each product’s

information is launched on time with accurate information

○ Coordinate with the creative product manager to secure creative assets and copy details

○ Work closely with the product merchandising team to ensure accurate information

○ Coordinate with the logistics team on inventory availability and confirm ERP inventory is

accurately flowing through to our ecommerce platform

○ Maintain product detail page layouts, suggesting and testing UX improvements so that

products are optimally presented to maximize add-to-cart and conversion

● Execute Web Campaigns and Content

○ Implement campaign content across the website

○ Contribute ideas to brainstorms with Brand, Retail, Conversion, Retention and Creative

teammates on how campaigns can come to life on the website

○ Execute the onsite elements of cross-channel campaigns, working closely with website

development team on module and feature development

○ Track development of image and copy assets by coordinating with creative project

manager on web creative assets requirements, due dates and asset specifications

● Post long form content and articles, with an eye for great layout and effective cross-site linking

● Support Sr Ecommerce Manager when new site features are launched

○ Partner with internal and external developer teammates to make sure all enhancements

and edits to the websites are functioning and running effectively

○ Coordinate with the website development team to implement functionality as needed

● Measure and optimize website content performance

○ Produce monthly reports on website campaign and page performance

○ Monitor web conversion KPI’s for content and product launches, including post-mortem

campaign analysis

○ Track and evaluate site user behavior, execute A/B tests and make recommendations to

improve user experience/usability and page values

○ Research and innovate ways to improve shopping behavior, user experience, conversion

rates, and transaction value

 

Who you are:

● 1-4+ years of ecommerce merchandising, UX or related experience

● Ability to work under strict timelines in a fast moving high-energy environment

● Knowledge of web site development processes

● Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

● Great at working among multiple teams both technical and non-technical types

● Proficient in Excel

● Shopify and Google Analytics experience preferred

● Retail/merchandising experience preferred

● Experience with Wordpress, testing software and/or web products desirable
