Position Summary

This role will focus on paid digital performance and new customer acquisition for the D2C website. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and project management of paid media and email marketing. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role will lead the relationship with our paid agency and collaborate with internal Digital and Content Teams on creative strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point-of-contact for paid media agency communicating business goals, brand activities, and reviewing media performance. Coordinate delivery and approval process for ad creative and copy.
  • Project manage asset creation optimized for each channel with detailed briefs for internal Creative, Community, and Content Teams.
  • Regularly update CRM lists and identify new lookalike audiences for paid social channels.
  • Lead email ideation to support new product launches, brand programs, editorial content, and customer communications. Partner with Creative and Content Teams on execution.
  • Track email KPIs and identify opportunities for subscriber growth and retention.
  • Evolve trigger-based email strategy with A/B testing and customer cohort analysis.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Team to optimize landing pages for better ad performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Social Media Manager and Editorial Manager to share insights from paid media and email for content optimization opportunities.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling performance marketing channels. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics.
  • Experience with DSPs/Ad Management tools for Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with email service providers and CRM software. Klayvio experience a plus.
  • Agile, highly organized individual with a knack for data and drive to innovate. 
  • Interest in the beauty industry and startup experience are a plus.
