JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for completing daily assigned cycle counts and maintaining inventory records by documenting count results. This position assists the warehouse operations team with inventory replenishment and consolidation processes. In addition, the position will also be performing outbound audits to ensure customer compliance.

This position assists the warehouse operations team with inventory replenishment and consolidation processes. JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Duties
- Performs daily scheduled cycle counts and audits.
- Maintains clear, concise and detailed records of all counting activities.
- Responsible for accuracy of inventory information and execution of adjustments based on physical verification and WM research.
- Analyzes inventory discrepancies by researching variances and identifying root cause by formulating recommendations for improvement of inventory accuracy. This includes, but not limited to, location variances, picks short research and canceled order reconciliation.
- Researches inventory discrepancies such as inventory movements between locations, short picks during order fulfillment and canceled outbound PO and/or cartons.
- Knowledgeable and participate in Year End Physical Inventories.
- Audit outbound shipments for wholesale and retail customers to ensure 100% compliance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES NOT COVERED IN FOCUS AREAS
- 2 years of Inventory Control experience with understanding of DC processes, practices and procedures
- Must possess Microsoft Suite, WMS and RF experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to understand, speak, read, and write in basic English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent math, oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, also ability to work in a team or group environment.
- Must continuously stand/walk with possible lifting/handling and carrying moderate weight.
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery and loud noise.
- Ability to material handling equipment
- Weekend and overtime may be required occasionally.
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- High school diploma or GED
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training
- Experience with warehouse equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- WMS knowledge preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, must speak/understand English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
