We are currently seeking a Sales Account Executive for our Los Angeles Office located in the Arts District, Downtown. We seek a strong, dedicated, and outgoing candidate to add to our team. In addition, the candidate should be highly motivated to manage the Kappa clothing line for the Western Region of the U.S.

Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to and execute strategies set by management to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with customers. 
  • Actively seek opportunities to build and expand current businesses with all distribution levels.
  • Spearhead the targeting of new accounts and partnerships.
  • Make product presentations to Buyers to identify assortment plans and sales opportunities and maximize sales growth.
  • Contribute to and execute strategies set by management to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Create and maintain seasonal forecasts by door and category.
  • Achieve Quarterly and Seasonal Sales Goals.
  • Assemble and monitor profitability by account and identify areas of opportunity regarding sell-through, markdowns, cancellations, returns, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Set up and work tradeshows.
  • Partner with finance and operations to ensure proper credit, shipping, and bookings for each customer.
  • Manage communications and feedback between individual customers and internal partners.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Work with a small team and grow with a changing business.
  • Work in a fast pace environment.
  • Travel often/as needed.
  • Proficient in M.S., Microsoft Office, Strong Excel Skills
  • Familiar with using B2B software.
  • Experience in men’s apparel. 

     

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful market management
  • Experience in the footwear industry
  • Knowledge of the contemporary street market and youth culture
  • Proven track record of teamwork and working well within a dynamic organization

 

On target earnings 60-70k
