The Team

The Digital Selling team sits within Digital Product, the department responsible for PVHs digital B2B buying and selling experiences. The Digital Selling team's product portfolio covers the full end-to-end process of digital wholesale selling. We constantly look for ways to improve our users' lives. This means that our day-to-day is working on better integration, technology, services and digital tools to continuously make the selling experience better for our users.

The Digital Selling team consists of three pillars:

[1] Product - responsible for working closely with our users to ideate, design and build new features and products
[2] Operations - responsible for change management, launching, harmonization and continuation of our digital products across markets
[3] Innovation & Strategy - responsible for tying business opportunities into the digital wholesale selling kitchen and implementing strategic and innovative initiatives.

The Position

The Product Lead, Digital Selling leads the product team that oversees our innovative digital selling suite. You're passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital selling with products that exceed our users' expectations. Your servant leadership style inspires the Product Owners, Analyst and Product Designer in your team to work towards shared goals and objectives. Together with the team, you create a vision and strategy that steers product development and takes our digital selling experience to the next level. Beyond engaging with many stakeholders, your energy and drive brings teams together from across the organization.


The Product Manager Digital Selling leads the Product team, consisting of Product Owners, Product Designer and Analyst. You will drive a culture of product thinking, data driven decision making and demonstrate a growth mindset within your team. Inspire, share and challenge your team to keep learning, keep growing and deliver beyond their potential.

Together with your team, you shape opportunities for digital product innovation and you are the driving force behind our digital transformation, educating stakeholders on the product management process and influence data driven product decisions.

Vision and Strategy

You translate business and user needs into product strategy, paving the way for the Product team to drive and deliver on their product roadmaps. You share a compelling vision for the future and a concrete roadmap to deliver on this vision. You action on the roadmap for yourself and your team, ensuring you set challenging goals in line with the vision and energising people to deliver on this.

Collaboration and technical competence

You set the example for collaboration and stakeholder management. Understand the challenges, empathise with the users and work on solutions impacting the Digital Selling suite.

You recognise that asking the right questions and challenging the status quo drives simplification in the organisation and allows your team to sense and respond faster to organisational changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping the product strategy and -vision
  • Ensuring that Digital Selling delivers on key product metrics, increasing the efficiency and efficacy of the sales organisation
  • Partner with the Digital Selling operations team to ensure that products are able to be deployed at scale in the organisation
  • Represent Digital Selling in technical conversations, particularly in the context of integration of enterprise tooling with the Digital Selling ecosystem
  • Drive the Product roadmap across cross-functional teams of the company
  • Data driven product decisions that help us achieve our objectives

The Ideal Candidate
  • Has a strong product management background and experience as a Product Manager / Product Lead or similar role
  • Experience in fashion is a great advantage
  • Has experience leading end-to-end product development and an understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies
  • Creates and oversees complex product roadmaps, backlogs and supporting data that enable the team to deliver work against the plan
  • Engages frequently with all stakeholders and users in determining a solution strategy and requirements, communicating where necessary to ensure a solution, reviewing progress, demonstrate results with every release
  • Can mentor and coach a Product team, as well as take a holistic role in strategizing and execution of the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term
  • Excellent communicator and the ability to work with stakeholders in all levels of the organisation
  • Gets energy from building bridges and working with people
  • Has a strong affinity with Tech Products, loves to inspire others, hungry to learn and keep growing
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and make decisions supported by data, trends and management information
