Internship Innovation & Customer Experience (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen | Germany | Full-time

We are searching for a highly motivated intern (m/f/d) for a six-month internship - as of July 2022.

What you can expect:
  • By being integrated into the day-to-day business of our Group Strategy & Corporate Development departement and working on strategic projects focussing in Innovation and Customer Experience, you will gain in-depth insight into the development and operationalization of the corporate strategy of the HUGO BOSS AG
  • You support the research & analysis of current, relevant trends and business concepts and the resulting development of possible courses of action and recommendations, decision documents or concepts
  • The creation of presentations, documents and analyses for top management is an integral part of your tasks
  • We offer an interesting and responsible role with the opportunity to make a noticeable contribution to the success of the team through your active participation

  • As part of your internship, you will be actively involved in the implementation of two company-wide, strategic projects and areas of responsibility
  • You contribute to the customer centricity of the company by supporting the implementation and evaluation of the company-wide customer experience management system and participating in the analysis of customer feedback
  • You support the innovation management of the company by actively participating in the implementation, communication & support of the intrapreneurship program of HUGO BOSS AG


Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or you are currently enrolled in a business management master program or an equivalent
  • You have already acquired some initial practical work experience
  • You have in-depth knowledge in the field of management, strategy, marketing/CRM or project management
  • You have a passion for creativity, innovation & digitalization and show customer-focused thinking in the way you approach tasks
  • You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills and exhibit confidence when interacting with coworkers and management throughout all levels of the company
  • Your work is detail oriented, efficient and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform
  • Your approaches are pragmatic and solution-oriented and you are able to work both in a team and independently
  • You demonstrate strong analytical & conceptual thinking and contribute to team spirit through your curiosity and passion for new challenges
  • You have a strong written and spoken command of German and English
